All non-personalized or stocked items are shipped within 48 hours depending on workload at the time of order.
Cost for Regular Ground / USPS First Class is $5.50 for 1st item plus 50 cents for each additional item.
PRIORITY 2 – 3 DAY AIR
(Allow 2 – 3 business days for delivery after shipment of goods)
Please select this option if you need your order delivered 2-3 days after shipment or production of your order. Cost for 2 DAY AIR is $9.95 for 1st item and $0. 50 cents for each additional item.
SHIPPING OPTIONS BETWEEN APRIL 16 AND JUNE 30TH
To avoid delays and insure on time delivery of your orders(s) during the peak graduation stoles processing months of April and June, we are offering Priority Mail Service, 2 Day Air and FedEx Overnight Service as only shipping options during this period. No order(s) will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
NEXT DAY AIR
(Allow next day before noon or 8:00 PM delivery)
FedEx Overnight Shipping option is available for both stocked and personalized orders. Stocked items ordered by 7:00 PM (EST) can be shipped out same day based on workload and availability of product(s).
The selection of FedEx Overnight Shipping option on personalized orders DOES NOT dictate how fast the order is processed. It only means your order will be shipped overnight to you once production of your personalized order is completed. For rush orders, please see details below.
The next day air shipping charges are as follows:
Next Day Air Morning ($39.95 for 1st item plus $2.00 for each additional item). Delivery before 12:00 PM next day.
Next Day Air Afternoon ($34.95 for 1st item plus $2.00 for each additional item). Delivery by 8:00 PM next day.
FedEx Saturday Delivery

Alaska / Hawaii Delivery
Additional $10.00 for FedEx delivery to Alaska and Hawaii will be requested before shipment.
FOB (Freight on board) Shipping Point means ownership of goods is transferred to the buyer as soon as USPS or FedEx accepts the goods from the seller. Seller is not responsible for delays caused after seller tenders the order(s) to the carrier within the published production/shipping schedule.
It is important customers choose the appropriate shipping method to insure on-time delivery.
Rush Order Policy
Rush order policy for non-personalized stocked items such as Class of 20XX Kente stoles, plain Kente Stoles, Plain serapes, plain satin stoles etc.
The above mentioned products can be shipped out same day if order is placed before 7:00 PM (EST) without any additional rush charges except for overnight shipping charges.

If you require rush service on any custom and personalized stole order, please note that certain additional fees for rush orders and express delivery may apply as listed below:
Need Your Personalized Stoles in Less Than 7 Working Days?
If you need to receive your personalized stoles order in less than 7 working days, a rush fee of 30% of order value or $30.00, whichever is greater, will be applicable. In addition, next day overnight shipping service is required to guarantee delivery by a specified delivery date.
After you place your order on the website, please email us at info@primeheritage.com to request the “7-days rush” service related to your order. Any applicable rush and express shipping charges will be charged on your credit card. Please use the subject line: “7-day rush order” and in your email message please include your cell phone number and the best time to call you. In the email give us a detailed description of your order (Order number, items ordered, etc.).
