Payment Options
We offer several convenient payment methods:

For purchase orders, please email us your order details and we will respond with an official quote and W-9.
Processing & Shipping Times
There are two key timeframes to keep in mind when placing your order:
- Processing Time:
- In-stock stoles: 2-3 business days to process and ship.
- Custom stoles: 2-3 weeks to produce before shipping.
- Shipping Time:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days (additional fee applies).

Rush Orders & Expedited Shipping
We do accept rush orders for an additional fee, subject to availability. To place a rush order, please email us at info@graduation-stoles.com as soon as possible. Rush order acceptance depends on our current production schedule and is subject to change.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We will promptly replace any product with a manufacturer’s defect.
- All claims must be made within 15 days of the order ship date.
- Refunds for items returned within 15 days of shipment will be credited to your original payment method.
- Items returned after 15 days will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition (unwashed, undamaged, unscratched).
- No returns accepted without a return authorization number.
- Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Order Issues: Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items
- If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or are missing an item, please email info@graduation-stoles.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We will replace defective or incorrect items at no additional charge with Standard Shipping. If you require expedited shipping for replacements, additional fees will apply.
- Please inspect all orders promptly upon receipt.
Customer Errors
If your order has a mistake due to customer error (e.g., typos, incorrect information), we may be able to correct it for an additional fee. Contact us as soon as possible to review your case. We cannot guarantee that all errors can be corrected.
Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, email us with your order number and shipping address so we can open a claim.
- If an incorrect address was provided, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once the order ships.
- If the package is returned to us, you will need to pay additional shipping for redelivery.
- Refunds for returned packages (due to incorrect addresses) are subject to a 13% restocking fee and deduction of shipping costs.
