TERM AND CONDITIONS
Affiliate Program Agreement:
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Graduation-Stoles.com (“Company”) and applicant (“Affiliate”).
1. Enrollment and Acceptance:
By enrolling in the Graduation-Stoles.com Affiliate Program (“Program”), Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling in the Program.
2. Approval of Application:
The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at its sole discretion. There shall be no recourse against the Company for rejection of Affiliate Program Applications.
3. Commissions:
Affiliate will earn commissions as agreed upon between the Company and Affiliate for sales generated through Affiliate’s unique tracking link. Commissions will be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule. Affiliate may not earn commissions on purchases made by the Affiliate or their immediate family members.
4. Termination:
Affiliate’s participation in the Program may be terminated for any of the following reasons:
– Inappropriate advertising practices, including false claims or misleading hyperlinks.
– Spamming, including mass email or mass newsgroup posting.
– Promotion of illegal activities or content.
– Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
– Violation of intellectual property rights owned by Graduation-Stoles.com.
– Offering incentives such as rebates, coupons, or kickbacks from affiliate commissions.
– Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.
The Company reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for no reason.
5. Affiliate Links:
Affiliate may use approved graphic and text links on their website, in email communications, and in other promotional materials. Affiliate may not use unauthorized variations or misspellings of the Graduation-Stoles.com brand name or trademarks in any promotional activities.
6. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy:
Affiliate may not engage in pay-per-click advertising without prior written permission from the Company.
7. Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect or accidental damages resulting from affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any other results of intent to harm the Program or Graduation-Stoles.com. The Company makes no warranties regarding the operation of the Program or the products sold by Graduation-Stoles.com.
8. Intellectual Property:
Affiliate represents and warrants that their registration, ownership, and use of any independent affiliate sites do not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.
9. Indemnification:
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless Graduation-Stoles.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liabilities, damages, claims, costs, and expenses arising from Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
10. Modification:
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Affiliate’s continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications to the Agreement.
